Our 4 Week Beginners Yoga Course’s are the perfect introduction to Yoga or a great refresher of the basic techniques if you already practice.

Each week Debbie covers how to practice Pranayama (Breath Control) Asanas (Yoga Postures) and Relaxation Techniques. Giving you the tools to practice at home or join us for our mixed level weekly classes.

The courses are designed for complete beginners so you don’t need to have done any Yoga, Pilates or Group Fitness Classes prior to attending.

Each session on the 4 week block is on Wednesday’s 6.30-7.30pm and we have specific start dates for each course. Please see the available Start Dates below –
