Looking to increase your fitness levels and lose inches post baby but struggle to attend due to no childcare for your little one?

We have the perfect solution ‘bring them along with you!’ 

We noticed there was a lack of classes in the area allowing Mum’s to exercise with their babies/toddlers with them so since the launch of these hugely popular classes back in October 2014 they are now a big part of our weekly class timetable.

We offer Mum & Baby/Toddler Boot Camp  where babies and toddlers are supervised by our childcare specialist Stephanie Simpson in the same room while you exercise with our Pre/Post Natal specialists Debbie Jenkins & Lucy Nickson.

The Millfield Fitness Studio Mum & Bring Baby/Toddler Boot Camp could be just the kick start you need!

All payment options above include the additional supervision for one baby or toddler. Additional charge of £3.00 per session for siblings which must be pre arranged prior to attending.

We have lots of seating. toys and activities to keep your little one entertained while you exercise with our pre/post natal instructors.

Mum’s can start this class as soon as they have had post labour check up normally around 6-8 weeks post birth (slightly longer after C Section) and toddlers up to 3 years also welcome.

Classes are limited to a maximum of 8 Mum’s and Babies/Toddlers to ensure adequate supervision and space in the room for mums to exercise, so places for these classes must be paid in advance & available timeslot will be allocated depending on current availability.
