Looking to get back to exercise post baby, increase your fitness levels but struggle to attend due to no childcare for your little one?

We have the perfect solution ‘bring them along with you!’

We noticed there was a lack of classes in the area allowing Mum’s to exercise with their babies/toddlers with them so since the launch of these hugely popular classes back in October 2014 they are now a big part of our weekly class timetable.

We offer Mum & Baby/Toddler Fitness Classes where babies and toddlers are in the same room while you exercise with our Pre/Post Natal specialist Katrina Willis. These classes are also a great way to meet other like minded Mum’s and get yourself out of the house.

Mum & Bring Baby/Toddler Fitness Classes

Spaces for this course limited to 5 Mum’s per timeslot so pre booking is essential to secure your space.

We recommend you either have baby in their pram or bring along a bouncy chair or play mat and their favorite toys to keep them entertained throughout the class.

Mum’s can start this class as soon as they have had post labor check up normally around 6-8 weeks post birth (slightly longer after C Section) and toddlers up to 3 years also welcome.

Classes are limited to a maximum of 5 Mum’s and Babies/Toddlers to ensure adequate space in the room for babies and for mums to exercise, so places for these classes must be pre booked in advance & available timeslot will be allocated depending on current availability.
