Hot Vinyasa Yoga – Synchronizing breath & movement to improve flexibility, strength, muscle tone and aid relaxation of both body and mind. Using a series of linked asanas (poses) this class will push you to improve your body whilst still keeping with the traditional Yoga principles. Carried out under specialist Infra red heaters you will find your muscles and joints warm up quicker, you work up a sweat and burn more calories whilst detoxifying the body from within.
Hot YogaPilates – Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates combined to offer a workout that will improve flexibility, core strength, body awareness and relax both body and mind in one class!

Restorative Yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. Poses are held for longer, allowing both your body and mind to come into deep relaxation.
Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop.
Staring with a cardio exercise to music style warm up, we will then work Body weight and equipment based exercises to tone and strengthen the Legs, bottom, arms and abdominals. Great for all levels of fitness and ability.
30 Minute class aimed at improving core strength by working on your balance, abdominal strength and back. This class includes a variety of Cardio & Body weight exercises in a circuit format.
This Cardio & resistance based class will push you to your limits helping you Tone Up, get more definition and burn calories. Using Kettle Bells to work on your cardio fitness, strength and flexibility. Kettle Bells are the fitness tool of the future that have been around for ever to give you an intense workout with lots of options and adaptions for all levels.
This 1 hour class using boxing body weight and pad work drills in a circuit style class. Great for getting a cardio and strengthening workout to work the whole body. Suitable for all levels and fitness abilities.
Group Personal Training
The Group Personal Training Programme is Fitness and Nutrition course involving weekly progressive workouts, nutrition plan, goal setting and recipe guides to help you keep on track. The workouts are time based, cardio and resistance workouts working together to get you results!!
Group Personal Training is NOT available as pay per session, block payments only.
A 30 Minute cardio & conditioning total body class based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. MAX Interval Training allows a person to beat the stress adaptation response, which normally happens when your body gets used to exercising at one level of exertion.
HIIT pushes the participant, resulting in more calories burned and faster results over a short space of time.
This unique workout combines the elements of Pilates, yoga, resistance training and ballet into a highly effective regime performed on the mat and at a ballet barre. The low impact, total body workout lifts the butt, tones the thighs, flattens the abs and sculpts the arms, whilst protecting the joints. It’s time to get en pointe and in shape and we’ll see you at the Barre!
Pilates is a physical fitness system that was developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. Pilate’s classes build strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone with an emphasis on lengthening the body and aligning the spine, rather than on bulking and shortening the muscles, to give a full body work out.
Pilates Equipment Circuit
1 Hour small group class using the Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair, Matwork and Barrel to work your body from all angles. Create lean, longer muscles and improve your posture and body awareness in a small group class of no more than 4 people.
Mum & Bring Baby/Toddler Classes
Perfect for those busy mum’s who want to start exercising safely post birth but not need to worry about finding childcare. Our Post Natal Specialist Instructors take our yummy mummies through a fun, effective group fitness, Yoga or Pilates class suitable for all levels while our childcare specialist looks after the children all within the same room. We also carry out regular monitoring of progress with Fitness Assessments, measurements & progress photos. Mum’s also have access to our Fit Food Recipe Guide for healthy recipe ideas.
Young/Teen Yogis is very similar to our adult Yoga classes but themed towards supporting younger yogis and their growing bodies. We support learning about movement, yoga with lots of fun games and Yoga poses. We also include relaxation to aid with stress management (especially helpful during exams) and helping show them ways to stay calm & relaxed.
