Our Mindful Yoga classes and courses are  aimed at both the physical and mindful benefits of Yoga with a steadier more passive approach great for beginners or participants looking to create more space and flexibility in both the body and mind.

Yoga for Beginners, Overwhelmed, Hatha and Slow Flow Sundays are delivered in 4 weekly blocks to progress through a course of Pranayama (Breath Control) Asanas (Postures) and Meditation/Relaxation Techniques.
