Mum & Baby Pilates class for new mum’s where you can bring your baby along with you, so no childcare required. This class is only suitable for Mum’s with Babies 12 months or under.

Helping mum’s to recover post birth and restore strength in the pelvic floor, abdominal and lower back areas.

Classes run every Thursday 1.00-2.00pm – LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE

Drop in £8.50 per class, Payment on the day of the class. Please email info@millfieldfitness.co.uk to confirm your attendance.

Our Pre & Post Natal Pilates instructor Lucy Nickson tailors each 4 week block  to provide safe, effective and relaxing classes for new mum’s.

We can also support mum’s to recover from Diastasis Recti (separation of the abdominal muscles) and provide exercises to help reduce or even close the gap.

It is recommended that new mum’s need to wait 6-8 weeks before commencing with exercise and we recommend you consult your midwife/health visitor prior to starting. For mum’s who delivered through C-Section we advise longer recovery before commencing with classes and we require you to consult your midwife or health visitor prior to starting.
