Millfield Studio’s offer specialist post natal classes for mum’s too. We found previous clients wanted to come back to us after baby had arrived but struggled to find classes they could bring baby along with them.

We now offer Mum & Bring Baby Fitness as part of our regular weekly timetable and have been since October 2014.

Regular weekly classes you can bring your baby along with you and participate in a classes that are specifically targeted to get Mum’s back into exercise post birth.

Mum & Bring Your Baby Fitness

Mondays and Friday’s 11.15-12.00 with Kat

Weekly progressive fitness workouts designed to get mum back into exercise post birth, bringing your little one along with you, so no need to worry about finding childcare!

Each week you will gradually increase your fitness levels, regain body confidence and core strength, while your little one is by your side in their pram, bouncy chair or play mat.

We can also support mum’s to recover from Diastasis Recti (separation of the abdominal muscles) and provide exercises to help reduce or even close the gap.

It is recommended that new mum’s need to wait 6-8 weeks before commencing with exercise and we recommend you consult your midwife/health visitor prior to starting. For mum’s who delivered through C-Section we advise longer recovery before commencing with classes and we require you to consult your midwife or health visitor prior to starting.
