Our one to one trainers are experienced trainers who have in depth knowledge of how to assess your current level, improve exercise technique, coach optimum nutrition and help you overcome any obstacles that may be hindering your overall results.
One to One Consultation
We will carry out an extensive postural, lifestyle, nutritional assessment and map out your goals prior to starting your session’s.
One to One Packages & Prices
One to one training is offered in blocks of 6, 12 and 24
All block session’s include Consultation, 12 week Progress, Results, Nutrition Support and ongoing support throughout your time training with us.
6 One to One Session’s £175.00 (6 Session’s for the price of 5)
12 One to One Session’s £350.00 (12 Session’s for the price of 10)
24 One to One Session’s £700.00 (24 Session’s for the price of 20)
