Helping mums to recover post birth and restore strength in the pelvic floor, abdominal and lower back areas.

Our Pre & Post Natal Pilates instructor Lucy Nickson tailors each 4 week block  to provide safe, effective and relaxing classes for new mums.

We can also support mums to recover from Diastasis Recti (separation of the abdominal muscles) and provide exercises to help reduce or even close the gap.

It is recommended that new mums need to wait 6-8 weeks before commencing with exercise and we recommend you consult your midwife/health visitor prior to starting. For mums who delivered through C-Section we advise longer recovery before commencing with classes and we require you to consult your midwife or health visitor prior to starting.
