Our Yoga & Pilates pre natal specialist Debbie Jenkins & Lucy Nickson are on hand to ensure you can exercise safely during pregnancy.

 Our classes blend the benefits of both Yoga and Pilates during pregnancy all rolled into one class.

Mums to be can start attending these classes straight away if already exercising with us or if new to Millfield Fitness Studio/New to Yoga or Pilates from 12 weeks all the way up to your due date.

We offer these classes in blocks of 6 weeks, you can attend either of our timeslots throughout your 6 week block and will be offered a priority space if continuing after your first 6 weeks. We have a maximum of 10 spaces per class so pre payment is required to confirm your space, your payment is for 6 consecutive weeks of classes.

Saturday’s 10.30-11.30am

We only offer drop in classes for Mum’s to be 38 weeks plus, if still able to attend.
