Our Yoga & Pilates pre natal specialist Debbie Jenkins & Lucy Nickson are on hand to ensure you can exercise safely during pregnancy.

Class runs on Saturday’s 10.30-11.30am 

 Our classes blend the benefits of both Yoga and Pilates during pregnancy all rolled into one class.

Mums to be can start attending these classes straight away if already exercising with us or if new to Millfield Fitness Studio/New to Yoga or Pilates from 12 weeks all the way up to your due date.

We offer these classes in blocks of 6 weeks and should you wish to continue you will be offered a priority space for another 6 week block. We have a maximum of 10 spaces per class so pre payment is required to confirm your space, your payment is for 6 classes that we give you 8 weeks to use up.

Saturday’s 10.30-11.30am

We only offer drop in classes for Mum’s to be 38 weeks plus, if still able to attend.
