To ensure your visit to our classes, studios and treatment room is a smooth and enjoyable as possible we have put some information together telling you all the essential things you need to know or bring along when visiting us 🙂

We are located at 5 Devonshire Court, Green Lane Trading Estate, Clifton YO30 5PQ and the studio can be contacted on 01904 593481 due to the nature of how our studio runs we may not always be able to answer all calls so please either leave a voicemail or you can email us email@example.com
Parking at the Studio
We are very fortunate to have quite a large amount of free onsite parking however we do share some parking with other businesses so we have put together this diagram and guidance notes on where or where not to park when you visit for classes, workshops or Treatments. Please read this prior to your visit to ensure you know where/where not to park when visiting the studio.

When Arriving at the Studio
If this is your first visit for a class or Workshop please pop to our reception desk or speak to an instructor prior to your class/workshop to complete a pre class questionnaire.
Even if this inst your first visit please either visit reception or let your instructor know directly you are here as soon as you enter the building so we can check you in. This is so we have an accurate list of people who are present for class or workshops and in case of emergencies so we know exactly who is in the building at all times.
If you are visiting for a Treatment please wait in the Reception area to let us and your therapist know you are here, if a treatment is already in progress please wait in reception until your therapist comes out to greet you.
Treatments available at the Studio – Coco’s Beauty Tuesday-Saturday’s – Massage, Waxing, Beauty Treatments, Nails, Feet, Microblading, Derma Planeing. Reflexology with Cathy Sunday’s – Reflexology for Handa and Feet. Treatments are all by appointment only and you will need to contact the therapists directly or when visiting the studio to get booked in.
What to bring/wear for Classes/Workshops
Clothing that allows for a good range of movement so ideally leggings/shorts/workout trousers, T-shirt or workout top.
For Fitness Classes you will require clean indoor trainers, Barre Classes are done in bare feet or socks and Yoga or Pilates classes in bare feet.
For Hot Classes you will also require a large mat sized towel to cover the mats we provide at the studio (hand towel not suitable) or you can hire these from the studio for £1.00.
We would also recommend bringing a bottle of water and if preferred you are welcome to bring a hand towel or your own mat.
Personal belongings will need to be left in the storage cubes at the top of the stairs which is unattended and left at your own risk so if you have any personal belongings you would like to be secure these will need to be left in your car or at home as we cannot take responsibility for them whilst on the premises or in the car parking area. If appropriate you may be able to bring belongings into the room with you however please confirm this with your class instructor to ensure there is space for this during classes.
Levels of Classes
Te majority of our classes are for mixed levels and we will always ensure that we give lots of options/adaptations where required in class. There are some classes that are specifically for Beginners or more Intermediate/Advanced and this will be stated on the timetable but if unsure just ask 🙂
