Our next Transformation Challenge Starts Wednesday 9th May and we are looking for Women who are committed to participating in our Spring Transformation Challenge and want RESULTS!!!

The Challenge Prize & Judging Criteria

Our boot camp coaches will support and assess you throughout the challenge with weekly food diaries, fitness assessment, body measurements, progress photos and weekly progressive workouts. The challenger who we find has made the best progress throughout the 4 weeks will be awarded prizes and the honour of being the Millfield Fitness Transformation Champion!!

This challenge is not just based on weight loss we will also take into account improvements in fitness levels, body measurements, attendance and nutritional adherence

Note – You can attend any of the above session’s during the challenge, either sticking to one timeslot or a combination.

Hot Yoga & Hot YogaPilates

You can also attend 1 x weekly heated Yoga or YogaPilates class to help stretch out your muscles, detox the body/skin, relax both body & mind to help you stay more focused throughout the challenge

Welcome Meeting

To begin the 4 week transformation challenge we hold a welcome meeting to provide you with a complete overview of the 4 week challenge, discuss the nutritional aspects and set individual targets and goals for the program. We will also provide you with an opportunity to have your starting measurements and progress photographs.

 

FAQ’s

Q – I’m not fit enough for Boot Camp Session’s?

A- You don’t need to get fit before joining in with boot camp, the boot camp workouts will progressively improve your fitness levels in way that will suits all levels & abilities.

Q – I’m already participating in Boot Camp or Fitness Classes, how will this benefit me?

A – Having a challenge will help further inspire higher levels motivation and the added competition between other boot campers or class members will help reignite your motivation to achieve even better results than you already have. Plus there are prizes & extra challenge goodies up for grabs

Q – My main target is to increase fitness levels not reduce inches, so how will this challenge be fair for me?

A – This challenge will have more than one category taking into consideration your goals & start up stats

Q – I would like to attend Boot Camp for more than 4 Weeks?

A – We also offer Boot Camp Plans for 3 or 12 Months where you can still participate in the 4 Week Challenge.
