Are you feeling Tired, under slept, overworked and overwhelmed!? Sometimes modern life can be exhausting. 

With endless to do lists, non stop emails, jobs to do at home, kids/family to look after and work pilling up, there has never been a more important time to stop, recharge and discover moments of calm.

This 4 week course is delivered by Carla Mitchell Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher who will show you Yoga techniques to help you find some inner calm and cope better with stresses, situations that would normally make you feel overwhelmed. Other benefits to regularly practicing Yoga postures, Relaxation & meditation can be better sleep, reduced stress, ease Anxiety, promote better well being and balance in your life.

Using a combination of yoga postures, Relaxation/Meditation techniques and Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) to ease that feeling of being totally overwhelmed, Stressed, Tired and out of balance.
