Yoga & Pilates Classes
Our dedicated Mind Body Studio hosts a variety of Hot and unheated Yoga and Pilates classes, welcoming all levels from beginner to those already practicing regularly.
These specialist classes provide space for your body to breathe, stretch, strengthen and relax both the body and mind.
Our more personal classes ensure each instructor has the ability to support and guide participants through their weekly practice. We have a maximum of 12 in each class so you can be sure you will be well looked after.
Our studio ethos supports the combination of cardio vascular (aerobic), strength, mobility, flexibility, relaxation and good quality nutrition to ensure a balanced & healthy lifestyle. To do this we encourage participants to attend a combination of Group Fitness (cardio & strength) and Mind Body Classes (Yoga/Pilates) to help keep this balance.
You can do this by attending our wide range of weekly classes or we also have lots of clients who attend Yoga/Pilates to compliment their external training/activities.

Places for classes must be pre booked online prior to attending. You can attend at our drop in rate of £10.00 per class, by block booking or save money and get access to additional classes with our Platinum Unlimited Studio Membership.
Hot classes are not suitable if you are pregnant, suffering with low blood pressure or have a heart condition. If unsure of your suitability to attend these classes please consult your doctor or speak to us prior to attending.
What do I wear for classes?
Something comfortable that allows for movement, such as leggings, 3/4 leggings or shorts with workout top or T-shirt. In Hot Classes you will get hot and sweaty so avoid heavy material clothing. Nothing too baggy.
Our studio is a no footwear zone and shoes/trainers will be left outside the studio door.
What do I bring with me?
We have mats available to use, however should you prefer you can bring your own.
Bring water and for Hot Classes please bring a mat sized towel. Water can be purchased at the studio for 50p per bottle and Towels can be hired for £1.00 or you can purchase your own Yoga towel from us for £12.00.
Do you need to be flexible to do Yoga?
Not at all! Yoga & Pilates is about practice not perfection. Your instructor will guide you through the class giving options/adaptations throughout and where required. Our classes are suitable for all levels and we welcome all abilities, shapes and sizes to embark on your mind body journey.
Regular practice of Yoga & Pilates will result in improved flexibility, greater core strength, more body awareness and transform your body shape.
Please arrive for your class 15 minutes early to get settled, complete your pre activity questionnaire (completed on first visit) and discuss any issues with instructor or studio staff prior to starting the class. We will not allow entry once the class has started and your place may be given away to our waitlist clients if you are not registered prior to the start of the class so please arrive in plenty of time.
